Our Farm

At Lindsay Farm Dairy, we pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainable farming practices and the production of high-quality, organic milk. We maintain a consistent supply of milk throughout the year, this allows us to have between 50-60 cows in milk production at any given time.

We operate a closed system on our farm, meaning all stock, including calves, are raised on-site. This allows us to closely monitor their health and wellbeing from birth and ensures that they are raised in a nurturing and safe environment.

Our herd is 100% A2A2, with a majority being Jersey cows renowned for their rich and creamy milk. We believe that the quality of our milk is directly linked to the health and happiness of our cows. That's why we run a holistic pasture management programme that encourages diversity and provides quality feed for our cows while also building carbon in our soil.

As a fully certified organic farm under Bio Gro, we adhere strictly to organic farming principles. We do not use antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, herbicides or GMOs in any part of our farming process. Additionally, we do not use palm kernel as part of our feed regimen.
